Board members and staff said most of the changes reflect required legal updates and NHSBA language; staff indicated they would bring the policies back for a second read and possible approval at the March 31 special meeting so the district can meet compliance and timeline requirements. Officials also said the side-by-side comparison tool reduced staff workload in preparing the updates.
No substantive Bedford-specific policy additions were introduced at the first read; staff said they would flag any Bedford-specific items at a subsequent meeting if needed.
