Bedford School Board re-elects Sue Genado as chair; names Mindy Bader vice chair

If the board supports that, I am happy to continue in that role," Genado said during the discussion.
Board members discussed the possibility of changing leadership in the future so newer members could gain experience, but the board proceeded with the reappointment. A nomination and second were made for the vice chair role, and members voted in favor; board members indicated support verbally during the roll call.
No formal changes to the board’s duties or governance structure were made at the meeting. The board chair and vice chair will carry out their usual responsibilities, including serving as liaisons and signing official documents as required by board policy and practice.
