Commission approves BLM right-of-way amendment for Red Wash Highway work

A commissioner requested that a copy also be provided to the county’s transportation district because the district will perform the road work; Anderson agreed that transfer of documents to the district was appropriate. A commissioner called the project “phase 3” of work that has taken several years and said the road rebuilding is “sorely needed.”
A motion to approve the BLM right-of-way amendment, identified in the record as UTU-691205-60-5 (as stated in the meeting record), passed by voice vote.
