Paul Grabowski, legal program director at the Connecticut Department of Consumer Protection, said the department will post a required agency-disclosure form for unrepresented parties and that the form must be used in transactions when requested.
"The form shall include the name of the real estate licensee, the property address, the name of the buyer, the name of the seller, clear statement of who and who is not represented," Grabowski said during the DCP webinar.
