Appraisal commission grants Robert Nardella extension to June 30 after he completed qualifying education
Summary
The Real Estate Appraisal Commission approved an extension through June 30 to allow applicant Robert Nardella to complete PSI testing and reactivate his provisional appraisal credential after he finished required qualifying education.
The Real Estate Appraisal Commission on Feb. 19 approved an extension for Robert Nardella to complete the PSI licensing exam and reactivate his provisional appraisal credential, moving the deadline to June 30, 2025.
The action followed discussion that Nardella had previously been granted a 90‑day extension at the December meeting that was made contingent on completing remaining qualifying education (QE) within 30 days. Commission staff said he did not meet that 30‑day condition and his provisional term lapsed. At the Feb. 19 meeting commissioners were told Nardella has since finished the coursework and passed the exam the first time he could schedule it.
