Board approves agenda with item removal and passes consent agenda
Summary

Later in the meeting the board considered the consent agenda. A motion to approve the consent agenda was moved and seconded (moved by Vice Chair Nambalaikini and seconded by Member Fane, according to the meeting record) and the chair called the voice vote. The chair announced the consent agenda passed.
The meeting record does not show a roll‑call tally listing each board member’s recorded vote for either the agenda adoption or the consent agenda; both were approved by voice vote during the meeting.
