Public comment: early in the meeting a member of the public, Jerry Connick, asked whether the committee had been involved with "Article 75," a warrant article that he said adds the word "resilience" to chapter 136 (wetland bylaw) language. Committee staff and members responded that the article as drafted was not on their radar as an effort from the committee; Vincent (Vince) Murphy, town staff, said the resilience wording was in the article and that staff would provide clarification elsewhere. No committee action was taken on Article 75 at this meeting.
