Mayor Sherry L. Capello told the council on March 24 that Dr. Mary Ann Turnbull was reappointed to the Lebanon City Land Bank for a five-year term effective Jan. 9, 2025. Capello said the reappointment begins Turnbull's second term and described Turnbull as a resident who represents a civic organization on the Land Bank.

Capello described the composition as including three members from the Redevelopment Authority, one resident affiliated with a civic organization, a representative from the county treasurer's office, a representative of a real estate appraisal organization and a representative from the city planning commission. The mayor clarified seats and the affiliation types while responding to council questions.
Council thanked Dr. Turnbull and the other volunteers who serve on city boards for their work; no formal vote on the reappointment was recorded at the meeting.
