Mr. Layborn presented the finance committee recommendation and moved to approve the modification; Mr. Roybal seconded. City staff described the work as remedial items to finish the Christianson Overpass project and noted there may be future maintenance-related items. Councilmember Cobb asked whether additional remedial work was expected; staff replied that no further remedial items were identified but maintenance work would remain.
Councilmembers said they supported moving forward to complete the identified work so the project could be closed out. The modification was approved by voice vote.
