The clerk called the roll; recorded votes on the ordinance showed the following votes: Payne — yes; Barnes — yes; McKeever — yes; DeMent — yes; Preston — yes; Prowl — yes; Creed — yes. The ordinance was adopted.
Transit capital funds unappropriation (Item 9): Council considered Item 9 (an ordinance unappropriating transit capital funds). President Shoemaker moved to waive the three-reading rule; Ms. Payne seconded. The clerk called the roll on the waiver and the motion passed (recorded as yes votes by Payne, Barnes, McKeever, DeMent, Preston, Kroll, Creed).
