The most consequential measures enacted were two stormwater-related ordinances (No. 2025015 and No. 2025016) amending parts of the city's Codified Ordinances on stormwater discharge prohibitions and design criteria; both were suspended and adopted as emergency ordinances on unanimous roll call. Council also approved resolutions authorizing the mayor to advertise for bids for ready-mixed concrete (Resolution No. 202517), street paint striping (Resolution No. 202518) and street sweeping services for 2025'026 (Resolution No. 202519); each measure was suspended and adopted by unanimous vote.
