Parker council unanimously approves commercial property inclusion in Cottonwood Highlands Metro District

The Parker Town Council unanimously approved Resolution 205-17 on March 24, consenting to the inclusion of Lots 1 and 2, Compark Village Filing No. 7 Amendment No. 4, into the Cottonwood Highlands Metropolitan District No. 2, a commercial district.
Town attorney Jamie Wynne told council the district’s service plan requires town consent for additions after formation and that the property will be governed by the district service plan and an existing intergovernmental agreement between the district and the town.
