The approval allows the Landis Group to advance construction drawings for a roughly 5,000–5,500-square-foot brick retail building set near Mayfield Road and to return for final architectural and site-plan review. Ben Chhnacki, representing the Landis Group, said the firm adjusted plans after litigation and neighborhood concerns and reworked the site to better match the city's commercial corridor design guidelines.
