The City of West Bend Board of Review held an initial meeting June 7 to receive an update on the city’s 2023 property revaluation and to set the administrative steps ahead of public appeals.
Jeff, the city assessor, told the board the 2023 work is an interim market update of the 2018 revaluation and does not include full interior inspections. "We're estimating currently it's around 50% so we could have some going up higher than 50% and some below but on average, for Sheridan Residential 50 percent," Jeff said. He added commercial estimates were still being finalized.
