Council members and staff said the review is intended to identify inefficiencies and clarify when inspectors must respond to citizen complaints, after council members raised concerns that the complaint app SeeClickFix (also referred to as Connect Oshkosh) and other reporting channels are generating work that may not be the best use of inspectors' time.
