Board approves consent agenda including October expenditures and minutes

Before the vote, board members asked about several line items in the expenditures report. Steve said a $12,500 payment to Verdon Construction was the first deposit for clock repair and that another vendor charge to Monarch reflected delayed billing for previously ordered computers. "Verdon is the clock repair... that's the first deposit on that," Steve said. He added that the Monarch charges were likely late invoices for computer equipment.
After brief discussion the board moved and seconded the consent agenda and approved it on a voice vote.
Ending: The board recorded the expenditures and minutes as approved and moved on to financial reports and project updates.
