Council approves Westbury Bank naming-rights agreement, bank commits $60,000 to Regner Park aqua park

The West Bend Common Council approved a naming-rights agreement with Westbury Bank for the new aqua park at Regner Park. Under the agreement the facility will carry the bank’s name for seven years and Westbury Bank committed $60,000 to the project: an initial $25,000 on execution of the agreement and $5,000 per year thereafter.
The agreement includes placement of the Westbury Bank logo on four aqua-park obstacles and co-branded promotional items. As part of the partnership the bank will receive an annual date for use of the Beach House community room (noted as Juneteenth observance in presentation) and will receive and distribute 150 co-branded tickets to customers at branch locations. The bank also plans to support educational programming on financial literacy and fraud awareness in coordination with Parks staff.
Parks, Recreation and Forestry staff said the park-and-rec commission unanimously approved the agreement. The council’s motion to adopt the naming-rights agreement passed on the council floor. Council members thanked Westbury Bank and other donors (Friends of Parks, Sunrise Rotary) for project support and said the aqua park and improvements aim to increase use of Regner Park and the swim-pond area.
Staff reported the aqua park equipment has been ordered and dredging and mooring work are planned for the spring to prepare the site.
