The Planning Commission on Feb. 4 approved the preliminary plat for D'Pharm Estates, a seven-lot single-family subdivision at the northeast corner of Eighteenth Avenue and Patricia Drive (developer: Georgiana D.). The property was annexed into the City of West Bend in November, and the plat conforms to RS4 zoning.
Staff reported most improvements are already installed and that the developer must extend sewer and water laterals to each lot and complete site grading to conform to the approved grading plan. Stormwater for the subdivision drains north and then west; staff said the developer is working with the Engineering Department on the stormwater plan. The commission approved the preliminary plat with the conditions listed in the staff report.
Next steps for the developer include completing lateral extensions and site grading, and obtaining final approvals from engineering before lot development and building permits.
