The Planning Commission on Feb. 4 approved the preliminary plat for Creeks Edge, Section 1, an 18‑lot single-family subdivision at the intersection of Clearview Drive and Daisy Drive. Developer Diamond Holdings LLC’s plat conforms to the RS4 single-family zoning and includes three outlots designated for stormwater management (two storm ponds and one storm-pipe outfall).
Staff reported grading plans are included and that stormwater and easement arrangements have been discussed with the engineering department. The commission moved and seconded approval; the motion carried with the standard conditions listed in the staff recommendation.
Staff told the commission the development must include street trees and off-site easements where required. The project will proceed through standard engineering and permitting before final recording and lot development.
