Planning Commission approves certified survey map to split Riverbend property

The Planning Commission on Feb. 4 approved a certified survey map (CSM) creating two lots at the northeast corner of River Shores Drive and Shady Lane. The CSM—filed by Riverbend Development LLC—separates an existing parking lot from adjacent vacant land so the developer can sell the vacant parcel while retaining the parking lot.
Staff told the commission the lots conform to MXD zoning standards and recommended approval with minor technical corrections to the CSM. The commission moved and seconded approval; the motion carried.
Staff said the minor corrections are technical in nature and will be handled before final recording.
