The meeting, which lasted under five minutes, opened with roll call by staff member Shelley. Committee members agreed without objection to approve the minutes from Jan. 15, 2025; the record shows a motion and a second but does not identify who moved or seconded.
On 7 Franklin Street, committee discussion focused on tenant-related activity that had been the primary problem. Committee members reported that police and code-enforcement contacts have dropped and that the situation “has been corrected,” and the item will remain on the committee’s agenda for monitoring through April 2025.
Committee members said a tenant who had been the main source of complaints at 30–32 Burt Ave. has moved on. The meeting adjourned following a motion by Chief Pat Androsco and a second by Chief Mark Fritz.
