Orchard Street neighbors present association update; resident raises sidewalk safety concerns

Residents can submit complaints by phone or through the city website; code enforcement will investigate and issue a notice of violation that gives property owners time to correct conditions, and subsequent repeat violations may lead to more immediate action and cost recovery from owners.
