Council certifies floodplain ordinance publication and approves several appointments

City Manager Moore introduced two reappointments for Resolution 9158: Miss Thalerikkar for a third term on the Board of Review and Miss Loofe for a second term on the Housing Authority; Moore recommended approval and the council voted unanimously (motion by Mister Schisler; second by Mister Heisler).
For Resolution 9159, Moore said Mr. Hayes applied to serve on the Alcohol License Committee; the council approved the appointment (motion by Mister Zimmerman; second by Mister Godfrey), also by unanimous vote.
