City Council approves multiple zoning items, holds one, and refers several matters for further review
Summary
The Atlanta City Council handled more than two dozen zoning captions: multiple items were approved (many by unanimous 7-0 votes), one item was held, several were referred to the Zoning Review Board (ZRB) or Municipal Planning Unit (MPU), and one substitute rezoning (Amsterdam Avenue) advanced with no recommendation after a split vote.

- Items 6 and 7 (rezonings involving Westside Park affordable workforce housing overlays and an industrial-to-industrial-mixed-use rezoning at 1200 White Street SW) were approved as a block. - Item 58 (substitute zoning for several addresses on North Decatur Road to the University Park subarea of the Druid Hills Landmark District) was substituted and referred to ZRB/MPU by a 7-0 vote; the item retains existing DeKalb County conditions until Jan. 1, 2026 per the caption.
