Planning board recommends official map amendment to accept Stoneway street to town

The Lincoln Planning Board voted Jan. 22 to recommend that the Town Council amend the town’s official map to include Stoneway as part of the street acceptance process.
Planning staff explained that the action follows the board’s prior release of a final cash bond for the Stoneway (Stowaway) subdivision and is the next step needed for the town to accept the street. Staff provided draft ordinance language the board could forward to the council for its review.
Member Olman moved to recommend the amendment to the Town Council; Member London seconded. The board approved the motion by voice vote; the meeting minutes record the outcome as unanimous (ayes have it).
