Council rescinds RFP and authorizes new RFP for townhome at 321 George Washington Hwy with $285,000 minimum

A motion to rescind the prior RFP and authorize the new RFP passed by voice vote. Council members said they hoped the new minimum would attract offers closer to the town's cost. The council gave staff authority to re-advertise the sale under the new terms.
