Washingtonville board opens and closes budget public hearing, adopts local law to exceed state tax cap and approves vehicle bond and transfers

The Village of Washingtonville Board of Trustees opened a public hearing on a local law authorizing a property tax levy in excess of the limit set by General Municipal Law §3‑c and later adopted that law by resolution.
