Colliers, the planning consultant, will meet staff ahead of public-facing meetings; a staff meeting with Colliers was being scheduled for early February.
Knoell also briefed the board on the Water Quality Improvement Projects (WQIP) application process. The village received a breakdown of its score from the WQIP reviewers and "scored quite well," he said, but the reviewers would not disclose the award threshold. Reviewers recommended pulling in additional neighborhood-area elements and adding GIS maps for future applications. The village intends to reapply when the next round opens. Knoell added that the ADU+ (accessory dwelling unit) grant application had already been submitted and completed on Jan. 15.
