Elmsford trustees approve claims, planning permits, dispatch contract and grant partnership; hear department reports

The Village of Elmsford Board of Trustees approved multiple resolutions and heard department reports during a regularly scheduled meeting. Trustees voted on routine claims, planning applications including a special permit for 66 Sky Meadow and several solar-related planning items, authorized participation in a New York State Department of State Local Grant Efficiency Grants Program application, approved a managed-services agreement with Goose Town Communications for police and fire dispatch, and authorized an engineering services schedule update effective Jan. 1, 2025.
