Committee appoints Rebecca Patrick and Jamie Fleming to Environmental Health Appeals Board seats

For the second seat, a separate roll-call vote produced a majority for Jamie Fleming; the chair announced Jamie Fleming as the appointee for the seat ending Dec. 31, 2027. Earlier in the discussion, committee members had expressed support for several applicants; Jamie Fleming was highlighted for her water-treatment plant superintendent experience and technical background, and Rebecca Patrick was noted for Department of Natural Resources experience and work with environmental quality.
