"I've already kind of have priced them out a couple of times in just a matter of getting the funding for it or getting a donation for it," said Dennis (board member), summarizing prior work and outreach. He reported contacting a neighbor who is president at Bryn Mawr Hospital to ask about potential funding and said he would follow up after the weekend.
Board members noted other possible donation sources and that they had previously identified a vendor; no donation had been confirmed at the meeting. Gene said he planned to solicit additional organizations if the initial contact was a dead end, and he would share any names and contacts with board members for follow-up.
No motion or allocation of funds occurred at the meeting; staff and volunteers will continue soliciting donations and report back when prospects are identified.
