- Resolution No. 6904 — Adopt the 2024 Annual Progress Report on the housing element of the General Plan and find the action exempt from CEQA to the extent described in the staff report. Outcome: approved (unanimous vote at public hearing).
- Resolution No. 6905 — Accept the grant deed for 2.33 acres at Shaughnessy Village Phase 1 for future park and storm basin and authorize the interim city manager to execute documents. Outcome: approved.
- Resolution No. 6906 — Adopt a resolution supporting Senate Bill 466 (the Chromium‑6 MCL Compliance Safeguard Act) and take related actions to engage legislative support. Outcome: approved; staff noted retained lobbying assistance and estimated public‑affairs costs.
