On infrastructure, staff reported receipt of a design (engineering) grant for the Kanakha (Kanatje/Kanakha referenced in the transcript) culvert replacement project; the meeting noted the town previously secured a construction grant of $462,000 for the culvert and the new award would cover engineering work (reported as roughly $125,000).
