Council asks DOT to study guardrail after vehicle strikes at Fruit Hill Avenue house

Councilman DiLorenzo described a recent crash that “hit the house pretty good” and said there is a large boulder in the area between Orchard and Fruit Hill; he said the location is governed by state rules and asked the council to send DOT a formal request. “Motion's been made by Councilman DiLorenzo, seconded by Councilman Martone,” the council president said, and the motion passed by voice vote.
