Address change: The commission approved an address change for a new residential lot in Greenview Estates from 10100 West 90 Third Avenue to 10096 West 90 Third Avenue. Hui Lu, listed in the record as the property owner, attended the meeting; the commission approved the change 6-0, noting the action ensures distinct addressing for public safety and emergency response.
Preliminary plat publication: The commission voted 6-0 to publish notice for the preliminary plat for Gates of St. John (Units 32 through 40) so the developer can appear on the commission's April 16 public hearing; staff confirmed the request was made in accordance with state statute and local regulations.
Votes and conditions at a glance: The site plan approval for the former Kmart (Homestead Acres) is expressly contingent on resolving the engineering comments in Adam McAlpine's March 14, 2025 letter before final permits are issued.
