St. Helens City Council on March 19 approved several routine and personnel actions, including a contract award for dock repairs, a commission appointment and an internal recruitment process for police chief that included an interim appointment.
The council voted to award a contract for "St. Helens Dock Repair and Debris Building Project M-541" to Stateline LLC in the amount of $190,500.
