Representatives for Magnolia Gardens Memorial Park Incorporated and PDH Builders Incorporated spoke in favor; speakers identified themselves as Ally Robertson and Patrick Hugenowood. A planning commission member moved to approve the major revision; the motion was seconded and carried on a voice vote. The recommendation will be forwarded to the Columbia County Board of Commissioners for final action.
