Setbacks were described as 55 feet from the centerline, and 10 feet from side and rear property lines; staff said sidewalks and street trees will be provided on both sides of all streets and that Section 2 will include 5.74 acres of open space. Staff recommended approval.
A planning commission member moved to approve the preliminary plat; another member seconded and the motion carried by voice vote. The approval is a recommendation for the Board of Commissioners, as the Planning Commission is a recommending body; the Board will take final action at its scheduled meeting.
