A motion to accept AEI’s contract was made and seconded; the court approved the contract by roll call. Members said no construction start date was available at the meeting.
Court members emphasized that the AEI engineering review is part of the previously agreed local contribution and not an additional expense beyond the $59,000 local match discussed earlier.
