She told the board there are no open complaints and that the property and building have not changed since the prior approval. Suffolk County planning comments and the planning division memo were in the record.
A motion to approve application 25‑030 for five years was made, seconded by a board member identified as Paul, and approved by voice vote. The approval was granted with the previously imposed conditions, covenants and restrictions that govern operation of an auto‑body repair shop. The board closed live streaming after this application.
