No formal motion to change the schedule was made; members agreed to keep April meetings at 3:30 p.m. and to revisit a possible May or June change after staff consultation.
Committee members expressed two practical concerns: evening times may be late for those who work full days and for members with childcare responsibilities, and seasonal sports schedules (baseball/softball) could affect attendance. Staff said event coordinators generally preferred Tuesdays or Thursdays later in the day; the committee asked members to consult personal schedules and for staff to check with event organizers. A final decision was left to staff and future committee discussion.
