Joel (staff member responsible for policy presentations) told the board nothing had changed since the first reading. Board member Lehi moved approval for second reading and adoption; a second was recorded. During discussion, board member Rachel reiterated understanding of administration logistics but said she remained concerned about transportation coordination referenced earlier in the policy conversation. When the board voted, George Akas voted no; the motion carried with a majority of affirmative votes.
The board did not change the language between readings and adopted the policy as presented.
