The Air Pollution Control Commission called its Feb. 5, 2025, meeting to order at 6:02 p.m. but adjourned a minute later because members lacked a quorum, an unnamed chair said.
Because the commission did not have enough members present to conduct business, no votes or substantive agenda items were considered. The chair asked presenters and attendees to work with the clerk to post presentations to the public and for the commission on the web, and announced the next meeting date as May 7, 2025.
At the clerk's roll call, Miss Wilson answered “present,” Miss Cahill was recorded as excused, Mister Douglas answered, and Miss Hook answered. “Without a quorum, we cannot conduct business,” the chair said. The chair added, “If you could work with the clerk to see if we can at least post your presentations to the public and for the Commission, I would appreciate it on the web.”
The meeting was adjourned at 6:03 p.m. No motions were made and no votes were taken during the Feb. 5 session because of the lack of quorum.
