Zoning commission elects leadership, approves minutes and clears consent agenda

Commissioner Williams was nominated and elected chair by unanimous voice vote. Commissioner Pavelic was nominated and elected vice chair. The commission approved minutes for Jan. 9 and Feb. 6 after a motion by Commissioner Vinicore and a second by Commissioner Williams.
The commission acknowledged proof of publication for the hearing and moved to receive and file that evidence (motion by Commissioner Williams; second by Commissioner Caliendo). The consent agenda was approved with staff modifications after one comment card for item 1 (John Waddell) was noted; Waddell told the commission he would not speak and the card was entered into the record.
Other routine housekeeping: no recusals or disclosures that required disqualification were recorded, and no items were postponed or withdrawn from the regular agenda. The commission adjourned after completing the regular agenda items.
