“The most recent announcement of the closure of the Rockledge Hospital is a devastating news,” said Mike Bramson of the Brevard County Firefighters Union during public comment, later adding that extended transport and longer ED wait times will “increase the wall times and the delay of the availability of your ambulances to go back in service for the next call waiting.”
