Peachtree City council members announced the sudden death of planning commissioner Ray Liotta during the Oct. 12 work session and shared memorial arrangements.
“Ray Liotta passed away suddenly over the weekend and he will be — he will be terribly missed,” a council member said. Council members described Liotta as a dedicated volunteer who contributed to city planning work.
Staff and council members said the wake is scheduled for the 14th and a service is set for 11:15 a.m. on the 15th at Holy Trinity. Council members offered condolences and thanked Liotta for his service to the city.
