During a brief discussion the board clarified that the F4 update adds language tying student refusal to cooperate with searches to existing “obstructing an investigation” consequences in the district’s Student Conduct and Discipline policy (F1). Board members said attorneys reviewed wording and that linking the policies improves consistency across procedures.
