Board members praised the rear elevation and the material choices, and agreed the balcony element that incrementally extends toward the rear contributes positively; they asked the applicant to retain that element and to provide additional horizontal, lineal fenestration where appropriate. The board approved the application, including the waiver, conditionally; the motion to approve passed with unanimous support.
