Staff reported that one board member who would affect the quorum (Orlando Comas) had not yet arrived and that the item cannot be heard without a full board for the variance request. The board recorded a motion to continue DRB23-0915 (4447 North Bay Road) to July; the motion passed 4-0.
Staff indicated they expect two additional appointees from the commission in June and hope to have a full board by July, at which time the application will be first on the agenda.
