The change is administrative in nature and intended to guide right-of-way preservation as development occurs.
Commissioners asked for more frequent pavement-condition and road-mapping updates; staff said it could provide pavement condition-index updates semiannually and pointed to the upcoming TIP schedule in the summer months. No final vote occurred at agenda review; the ordinance is at first-reading stage and will return for formal consideration.
